TeleMagic is a comprehensive contact management software solution for those who must
maintain timely contact with customers, vendors, and business associates. First released
in 1985 as a DOS product, TeleMagic now has DOS, Windows, UNIX, and AS/400 versions and
over 350,000 users worldwide.
Features of TeleMagic include support for an unlimited number of databases, with an unlimited number of records per database. Each database supports up to three levels of information. This allows for database structures such as company information on level 1, contact information on level 2, and project information on level 3. A free-form notepad may hold up to 50,000 characters (25 typewritten pages) of information on each record. Several instant look-ups (or indexes) are available, each being user definable.
Where outbound calling is involved, productivity may be significantly increased through the use of a modem for dialing calls, if supported by your telephone system. (Most phone systems will support this capability, although some may require an external device to connect the modem into the phone system.)
Other standard features include a merge capability to supported word processors and Email programs, complete activity management, and a report generator. Remote data synchronization to merge in data from remote offices and faxing capability are included. Third-party developers provide merge/purge and duplicate record elimination and interfaces to popular accounting systems. Context-sensitive help is always available at the touch of a key.
We still supply support all versions of TeleMagic DOS.
