Meeting Schedule

Quarterly open meetings are typically held at the Community Room of the Hudson Police 
Department on or about the 3rd Tuesday of the month. All unit owners can attend the open
meeting that starts at 7pm. The general format is an open Q&A session until 7:30 when the
Board then starts the real business of the evening and no longer asks for unit owner input
but allow the unit owners to observe the proceedings. 

At some point, the Board may need to move into "executive session" and ask 
everyone to leave at that time. We hope you understand as it's at that time that the
Board discusses items of a sensitive or private nature.

Trash Collection Dates and other information

If you have any questions regarding trash collection of any kind,
call Pinard Waste Systems at 800-675-7933 or the Hudson Highway Department at 886-6018.

Normal Curbside Trash Pickup

Trash is normally picked up each Wednesday. There will be a delay of one day
following specific holidays. An updated schedule comes out in every year in December or January in the HLN newspaper. It has a lot more information that included here and each unit owner should keep it on fill. Currently the only dates with an upcoming delay are:

Memorial Day 5/25/2012
July 4th
Labor Day 9/3/2012
Christmas Day
New Years Day

West Rd Landfill Dates

Hudson's West Rd :Landfill will be open from 8am to 2pm on 1/28/12, 2/25/12, 3/31/12, 4/28/12, 5/26/12, 6/30/12, 7/28/12, 8/25/12, 9/29/12, 10/27/12, 11/24/12, and 12/29/12 for demolition and building material, sheetrock, shingles, clean wood, brush, leaves, furniture, rugs, etc. No regular trash, freon appliances, TV's or CRT's

Automobile Hazardous Waste Collection

Automobile Hazardous Waste can be disposed of at various locations. See the list below
for details:

Car Tires and Batteries - Sam's Club - Hudson - drop off fees apply
Tire Warehouse - Hudson - drop off fees apply.

Waste Motor Oil - Hudson Highway Department, 2 Constitution Drive, Mon-Fri 7:00am
to 3:00pm - free drop off, If you have questions call 886-6018.

White Goods / Appliances

Call 1-800-675-7933 for a pickup. Remove refrigerator doors, $30 for CFC/HCPC
appliances like refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc. $20 for other appliances such
as stoves, washers, dryers, etc. $30 for bulky items like sofas, mattresses, rugs, etc. $30 for all TVs or CRT monitors

Yard Waste Collection

Curbside pickup on the following Saturdays - 12/1/2012

CHRISTMAS TREES - can be disposed of at the West Road Landfill on specific dates
in January. See the Hudson Litchfield News for details.

Hazardous Waste - Nashua Public Works Garage

Hazardous Waste can generally be disposed of at the Nashua Public Works Garage at 6
Riverside Drive, Nashua. Go to www.nashuarpc.org/hhw or call 424-22240 No waste oil, dioxins, or car batteries.  There are fees for disposal and you can find a list of acceptable items on their website.

Here is a some information regarding HO6 policies for condomium. If you have questions, contact your insurance agent or Gately Ins.  at the numbers above. But basically, you want an HO6 policy and NOT a "renters" or "home owners" type policy.
